Trading Strategies
A trading strategy defines how you operate in the market.
It determines:
How often you trade
How long you hold
How you manage risk
What you focus on while in a position
Most trading mistakes happen when strategies get mixed unintentionally. You hold when you should scalp. You flip when you should hold. Clarity on your approach prevents that.
Two primary approaches
In memecoin trading, there are two main ways to operate:
Narrative holding - ride attention as it builds over time
Scalping - capture quick moves and get out
Both work. The key is choosing one intentionally and trading in alignment with it.
Where to start
If you're new, start with narrative holding.
It gives you more time to think, reduces execution pressure, and helps you understand how attention grows and fades. Scalping is more demanding and works best once discipline and confidence are built.
